Hacienda Orosi welcomes you and thanks you for your preference. Please review our TERMS AND CONDITIONS in order to guarantee you an unparalleled experience during your stay.
For day visitors:
The thermal mineral water pools, lounge areas and restaurant are open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
The benefit, coffee tour adventure, farm and souvenir store will be open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Food and beverages of any kind are prohibited.
For Coffee Pickers Village guests:
The pool and common lounge areas at Coffee Pickers Village (for the exclusive use of our resort guests) are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The restaurant in the thermal mineral pool area will be open from 7:30 am.
The benefit, coffee tour adventure, farm and souvenir store are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
CHECK IN is at 3:00 p.m. and CHECK OUT is at 12:00 noon.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., so it is essential to keep noise levels to a minimum.
Food and beverages are allowed only for consumption inside the village.
To all our visitors:
The maximum time allowed to start the coffee tour adventure is 3:30 pm and the maximum time allowed to visit the farm is 4:00 pm.
Thermal mineral water pools are commonly maintained at a temperature above body temperature, so we recommend staying in the water for periods of 15 minutes at a time, this will help avoid dehydration, alterations in blood pressure, nausea and other uncomfortable situations.
It is recommended to wait at least one hour after eating to enter the pools.
Swimming pool sidewalks may be slippery, so it is important to move carefully around these areas.
The areas of transit of people within the resort may present irregularities, be careful when walking; potholes, holes, stones, grass, plants, animals or any other object or situation, could cause slips, falls or fractures of any kind.
It is prohibited to enter rivers, springs, or streams located within the perimeter of the property.
In case of heavy rains, thunderstorms and other dangerous weather conditions or emergency situations, you will not be able to perform some or all of the activities that our resort offers, it is necessary to follow the instructions of our staff.
Children, minors, senior citizens and people with special needs must be accompanied by a responsible adult during their stay in our facilities.
Be careful when taking pictures and videos in the complex, make sure you do not disturb other people or capture them in your pictures and videos without their consent.
Photographs and filming for advertising, professional or educational purposes must be requested to the administration and authorized in writing.
The use of drones, airplanes, balloons, or any other object that occupies the airspace is not allowed; in case it is required, it must be requested to the administration, who will take into consideration the regulations established by Civil Aviation.
It is essential that all our visitors wear the admission bracelet.
At HACIENDA OROSI is prohibited:
Trespassing the boundaries of the property.
Admission of pets and animals, except for guide dogs.
Consumption of drugs or psychotropic substances of unauthorized use.
The entrance of persons to the swimming pools with bandages of any kind, with skin, mucous membrane or respiratory tract conditions.
The use of glass containers, or any other material that may break and cause cuts to swimmers.
The ingestion of alcoholic beverages, or any other type of beverages and food inside the pools or on the sidewalks.
The use of clothing other than swimsuits exclusively for use in swimming pools.
The installation of hammocks, tents and chairs on the sidewalks of the pools. Except for those people who present a special case and require these items, for which they must request prior authorization from the administration.
This is a place for family enjoyment, therefore, love scenes and situations that go against the principles and values of the family are prohibited.
The transportation of people on bicycles, skateboards or similar vehicles through the complex.
The entry of weapons.
The extraction of plants or items that are property of the complex.
Build bonfires.
The development of activities or games that may alter the order of the place or endanger the safety of people.
Placing clothing or personal items on plants or tables.
Littering and leaving trash in any place or object other than a trash can.
Noise pollution. The use of music equipment and electronic devices that disturb the healthy, ecologically balanced environment and the common welfare of our visitors is prohibited.
It is the responsibility of each person to take care of his or her belongings and take care of his or her villa key and or assigned locker.

Law N⁰9028, so our visitors are in a smoke-free environment.
Forestry Law N⁰7575, which ensures the conservation, protection and administration of natural forests.

RESERVATIONS
Rates are non-refundable, except in cases of optional additional charge.
Rates subject to change without notice.
WI-FI and complementary parking.
All reservations must be guaranteed by payment, for an amount equal to the total amount to be paid for the stay, in case the reservation has not been paid in full, HACIENDA OROSI will not be obliged to honor it.
In the event that our visitors make an online purchase or reservation for any of our activities or services, it is necessary that on the day of their visit they present the card with which they made the purchase or reservation and an identification that matches that of the cardholder. If the purchase corresponds to a gift certificate or is to be transferred to third parties, you should contact [email protected] or call 22032265 and our staff will tell you how to proceed to validate your purchase or reservation.
The Coffee Pickers Village has ten villas with capacities for 4 and 6 people maximum; it is not allowed under any circumstances to exceed the corresponding capacities.
HACIENDA OROSI Coffee Pickers Village guests may be asked for a security deposit for the villa charges, and this security may be backed by credit card or cash, this deposit is a hold, not a charge and is equivalent to a minimum amount of $150.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
HACIENDA OROSI offers its customers the option of applying for a special rate consisting of an optional extra charge at the time of making a purchase and or reservation; this optional additional charge, is an insurance that will allow you to make changes and/or cancellations to your purchases and/or reservations, as long as these changes and/or cancellations are requested no later than the day before your visit to our resort. Changes and/or cancellations to purchases and/or reservations must be requested in writing to the following e-mail address [email protected]. Modifications to purchases and/or reservations will be subject to space availability. The refund will correspond to the total amount paid for the service purchased or reservation made, minus the amount corresponding to the gross optional surcharge applied to the rate. The refund may only be made to the same card and/or account with which the purchase and/or reservation was made.
HACIENDA OROSI is not responsible for natural disasters, fires, roadblocks, weather conditions, or any other circumstance that may prevent the guest from enjoying our facilities.
WAIVER OF CLAIM AND DISCLOSURE OF LIABILITY
The undersigned (the "User"), hereby understands and declares: Taking into consideration that Bosque Sereno S.A. ("the Company") is the owner of Hacienda Orosi ("the Establishment"). ("the Company") is the owner of Hacienda Orosi ("the Establishment"), in which the User will be able to execute diverse recreational, adventure, extreme adventure and relaxation activities; that the Company and those third party companies with whom it operates comply with the requirements demanded for companies dedicated to the activities, which in the establishment are developed, including all those related to: the farm, animal contact, spa, outdoor activities and nature trails - hiking - adventure coffee tour, boutique hotel, bar and restaurant, soda and souvenirs, among other activities and extreme adventure and relaxation sports - hereinafter the Activities or the Activity; and the Company guarantees that the necessary inspections have been carried out, as well as preventive maintenance of the places where the Activities are carried out, and that these are operating in full compliance with national regulations; that the User has been warned of the possible dangers that may be encountered when walking on outdoor trails, such as - without limitation - animals, instability or unevenness of the ground; that the User has also been warned of the humidity in the pool areas that may generate risks of falls due to slipping; that the User will enter the Facility and may perform any, several or all of the Activities, by signing this document the User releases the Company, all its agents, employees, officers and shareholders from all liability for any occurrence, accident, injury or death caused by or resulting from the User's participation in the Activities. You understand and agree that some Activities involve direct physical contact by Company personnel with you to assist you, and you understand the guidelines described above, and you promise and agree not to sue the Company if you are injured in the performance of the Activities; or by natural circumstances or by the interaction with animals or by the enjoyment of the swimming pools, or by the performance of any of the activities that are developed in the Facility or by the use of any facility that the Facility offers, as well as to indemnify the Company of any costs associated with any claim that arises by virtue of an accident or event that may occur to you.
By signing this document, I declare that I do NOT suffer from any of the following diseases or health conditions and that I am in optimal health conditions for the realization of the activity or activities offered by the establishment:

FOR PREGNANT WOMEN: I, being pregnant, assume the responsibility for carrying out any or all of the activities that take place in the establishment. I reiterate that I will not sue the Company in case of any accident, injury or any event that may occur to me in the performance of the Activities, and I agree to indemnify the Company for any costs associated with any claim arising out of any accident, injury or event that may occur to me in the performance of the Activities.
I also declare by signing this document that I do not have any medical condition that may require emergency care during the Activities, such as heart disease, diabetes medication, dehydration, physical problems, allergies, or any other condition that may be considered relevant.
In the event of an emergency, I understand that efforts will be made to secure appropriate treatment. I hereby consent to such treatment. My personal health and accident insurance will cover any accident or illness that may occur during the Activity and I will personally guarantee any cost or liability incurred during evacuation or treatment.
I declare that in any of the Activities in which I decide to participate, I will do so with sufficient knowledge about the development and execution of the Activities, which could involve health hazards, blows, injuries, falls, accidents and in general, various possibilities of accidents or events; and under this knowledge I agree to perform the Activities at my own risk. I agree to follow the safety instructions given to me by the Company's personnel, not to touch and to keep an appropriate distance from the animals, as well as to use the safety equipment provided to me when applicable. I agree to wear the appropriate clothing and footwear, according to the criteria of the Company and its personnel.
I confirm that I have carefully read the present agreement, that I fully understand it, and therefore I ratify that I am aware that I am waiving any legal right to claim in case I do any activity in an irresponsible or careless manner, being understood that I do not waive the legal rights that correspond to me if I abide by the orders and instructions given by the guides, if what is stated herein is absolutely true, and if I comply with the safety guidelines before and during the Activities and the object of my claim is due to negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Company.
This declaration and relationship between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
